In this initial meet, I will be coming by your home to find out what your specific needs for selling and take the time to preview your home and suggest any changes that may need to be addressed for showings. Secondly, helping you understand what the market in doing in your area and how to price your home will also be discussed. As we sit, I will break down the action steps needed to get your home sold in the quickest amount of time, with the least amount of hassle and for the most amount of money as the market will allow. 

Home Marketing & Showings

Step by step, I will be giving you the biggest suggestions for maximizing the most amount of traffic for you home to be shown while on the market, as well as handling and keeping track of all showings. I will also be giving pointers as to which rooms in the house to focus on and which upgrades yield the most return in the eyes of potential buyers.

Contract, Negotiation & Close

Congratulations! At this point, you have a received one or multiple offers on your home and I will be working side by side with you to help you understand which contract benefits you the most and also negotiating to make sure you're not wasting you time with any unqualified buyers. I will then be explaining all paperwork needed for the trasnaction as we work to get you to the closing table
