The purpose of this initial meeting, is for us to break the ice and learn more about each other. Following that, I will be asking questions to learn about what your expectations are, as well as your criteria for your new home. Once that is complete, I will break down the entire home buying process from beginning to end and making sure all your questions are answered. Lastly, I will be discussing what is expected of you, so that we can determine together, if I am the right agent to assist your for this transaction.

Home Shopping & Negotiation

In this step, I will be taking you out "shopping" to find the right home that fits the criteria of your lifestyle, needs and preferences. Upon finding the home, I will be explaining and suggesting the best way to negotiate the deal to maximize your chances in winning the offer.

Closing & House Warming

Congratulations! This means you've made it to the closing table and now it's time for us to celebrate with pictures as you receive your keys. Shortly after move in, I will then be sponsoring you house warming by taking care of the music, food, drinks, invitations, and even a few games all at my expense. This is a fun time for me to say thank you for including me in your home buying goal!
